i just want to add, on another front, that I totally think Nastia was robbed of her gold medal on the uneven parallel bars.
Yes, she was robbed. thank god she won the gold last night. I got teary watching all those midwestern moms weaping with pride in the audience. oh how i love the olympics.
yes - we are all here. Nathaniel and I think we should definitely pick a place with a nice outdoor area as it should be gorgeous and summer is winding down. Thoughts?

Ugh. I'm gearing up to be disappointed by whoever he picks, unless it's Biden or Sebelius. This is how it happens, people. Watch the Dems let it slip through their fingers. AGAIN.
On a lighter note, I'm down with the outdoor idea. Hoping it will be within walking distance of Ft. Greene as I'll just be back from a car/bus/subway journey. Someplace on 5th? Or is it time for a re-visit of Farm?
Maybe we should make this an anniversary party, and go to Bogota? It'll be the first time we're all together in so long and definitely the first of year two.

Then Peter miswrote that we were going to a restaurant on 54th st and i got scared! But yes, all in for 7:30 and can't wait. Signing off from the giant Hilton in DC where I now go to the pool to edit...
