The election

So I'd like to officially offer up my apartment for Tuesday, November 4th. My roommates would love to have all of you over. And as you know, there's plenty of couch space, big chairs and a bed to retire on when things get too stressful. Plus there are 2 bedrooms upstairs where one can go should anyone have a nervous breakdown and need privacy.

And sentimentally, I realize this is probably my last chance to have a get together at 589 and I think Obama's landslide (yes i said it!) would be the perfect way to transition to my place - which will hopefully be 477 Bergen. That's right - I am thisclose to getting the apartment next to Bergen Bagel. I think you all will love it. Here's the link:

Love you all. Loving the new polls out today. Loving everything and everyone!

And there will also be a DVD and CD shop where you can browse and take any that I have decided will not make the move with me to 477 Bergen.

I'm in! I've been looking forward to the last instance of this fine tradition for a while now. Look forward to seeing anyone who's coming!

A slight wrinkle...Owing to other commitments (my roomies, and other folks I promised to be with on Nov. 4), I'm also going to be hosting at my house. Obviously, everyone is welcome, but I understand if Peter's is a better call for any of you. Sorry I didn't speak up earlier, it's just been super hectic with the new job, my new roommates and life in general. Thank you Peter for your hospitality on Carlton street now and in the past. Looking forward to fun events at 477 Bergen.

GOBAMA!

Sounds good. With the amount of people it looks like we have to accomodate it probably makes sense to do 2 separate shindigs - though I will miss you and am sad we won't get to watch together. Thankfully we have phones, email to keep in touch - and who knows - maybe we'll get so drunk nathaniel and i will drive (soberly) over at 1am for an impromptu celebratory toast!
