Well kids, it's a sad day when you get excited that the high will be 90 degrees tomorrow, but these are strange times indeed. So who is here this weekend? Any location ideas?In other news, tomorrow morning they announce the Emmy nominations and while I fully anticipate Friday Night Lights will yet again be completely ignored, I do hold out hope that (Northwestern grad!) Zach Gilford may be finally recognized, as he was amazing this year, and he qualifies in the less competitive Guest Actor category - rather than supporting. And in case you're wondering (oh and I know you are) below is my dream Emmy comedy and drama ballot.

As I think all of you know (I think), I leave for a month Tuesday, so this Sunday is my last SND for awhile! So: YES, totally in! I have to think of where to go, and in order to do that I have to get past my fear of the outdoors.

I love Yelp. I know it caters to the disgruntled, but I always find it helpful/amusing. Tripadvisor, too. Sorry you guys are missing it! I will mull over other, non-Branded Saloon locations...
