My god I can't believe we have another storm. I feel like this one was underhyped while the last 2 were overhyped. Why can't they get it just right? Like that lovely Goldilocks story.
Anyway big props on the photo for this week's post. I went to the premiere of that film, er movie, and giggled all the way through.
I feel like I have put out some suggestions in previous weeks but have forgotten what they were...
Peter-- your assessment of restaurant week is so hilarious and reminds me of when you told me poor people with coupons should not be allowed to shop at Treasure Island or whatever the nice-ish market was near you in Chicago.
I'm game for Branded Saloon or the German beer garden in Ft. Greene. My car will probably not be unburied then (yes, it's AWD and that's usually a point of pride but being parked on the plow side means the snow's actually piled up higher than my car!). Whoa, just saw Black Swan!

Other than my perennial suggestion - Branded Saloon...
Does anyone mind if I invite Tineka? She's staying with Brekke, and Im sure (if she's free) she'd love to come. No presh.
Dudes, it's restaurant week right? Is that just in the city?
Would love to see Tineka.
I hate restaurant week - all the losers come out who never eat out and take our tables!
Wait, is Branded Saloon a running joke? Isn't that the one that Kyle gave the abysmal review on Yelp? I'm all for Tineka coming btw.
Yeah someone had a problem with Branded Saloon but I've decided to ignore that. But it's clearly more bar than restaurant...

Laughing.
I'll extend to Tineka.
