Best apps- two words: BEER CHEESE.
I think the garden at The Farm qualifies for Best Ambience, for surely.
And Worst Digestion was definitley Barfry.
Re: that- who names a restaurant something that starts with BARF? Also, on a more personalized note, my worst digestion award goes to Smoke Joint, after which I couldn't leave my apartment for two days, and even though I know it totally wasn't them, I think I will never be able to enjoy their collard greens again. Tragic.
BEST REASON TO TAKE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION? I'm voting for Coney Island.
Not to belabor the digestion theme but- I think Gowanus should also win WORST BATHROOM. Truly shocking, it was. (Maybe it was meant to be ironically disgusting?)
WORST SURPRISE: The Brooklyn Ice Cream factory closing at 10pm, instead of 11pm as it said in citysearch. Sadly, the staff at BIF could not care less what citysearch said or that we could have been there at 9:55, we were kust enjoying the conversation at Grimaldi's. This was followed by a fruitless search for dessert on the deserted streets of brooklyn heights. why would anyone live there?
And maybe it wasn't the "worst" bathroom but Sheep Station of course was the home of vagine d'avion....
