Not only are we poised for fame with our potential NU Alumni magazine story, but we had a pretty kick-ass SND - Vegas-winnings-Bark - Emmy's night at Pete's. So my dear SNDers, I'm saying it: SND IS BACK. With a vengeance. Although sadly still without Jack & Kyle. What's this Sunday's plan? Ideas, suggestions, feelings? Many kisses, hugs and smushes.

We should check out the new beer garden in my hood sometime soon. Not sure if they have food, but if not, we could always go to either the Ethiopian place across the street, or Smoke Joint, or the burger place. Or the Nigerian place on my corner, if it's open by then. [insert laugh track here]
Oooh - I like the beer garden idea followed by any of those places. Meanwhile I'm at trader joe's buying up more snacks than I could ever eat. So please plan to come over for football this fall!!!!

It's called Der Schwartze Kolner and apparently it does serve some food. I think cheese is a main feature of the menu, which usually is popular with us.
Or, my lovely hairdresser suggests, Hecho in Dumbo, delicious but cheap mexican food and great cocktails.

I'd like to lead by saying that my word verification for this post was "hampunt." I have never punted a ham. But it's a lot of fun thinking about it.
I just want to say how much I miss you guys and wish I could be there in BK with all of you. Jackie and I are heading out to Italy on Sunday and will most definitely hoist up a few glasses in your honor!
