I just want to say how proud and impressed I am with you all. Sunday's canvassing really moved me and reminded me why we're such a special, unique and incredible group of people. I know I'm totes mushed out right now, but I feel nothing but proud to know you all. You inspire me so much. Hope everyone can make it to Pete's for Thursday's debate. I'm going to try and get us all one of these poster for our homes/windows. Go Biden!

I second what you said. I think we really made a connection with some of the folks we talked to yesterday, and won at least a couple more votes for O. Plus it was really interesting to just get a glimpse into all those wildly different lives. I give all credit to Claude for getting people to open up- she was totes brilliant at it. Now we just have to work on getting the Virginia, Ohio and Florida versions of SND out cavassing in their swing neighborhoods...
I can't wait to hear all the details. I can totally see Claudia getting everyone to talk! I'm so proud of you all (and I feel a little like a bad Obama supporter)! well we do what we can, right? Just have to fork over some more money...
On to pressing matters. Debate Thursday at my house. It starts at 9pm so if everyone wants to gather around 8 or so we can order the tasty pizza from Vanderbilt and have some drinks. I can do the chips and dip thing if everyone wants to bring their drink of choice...
I'm heartsick about today -- with the infantile fighting in Congress -- so really need a humdinger of a debate to at least bury this Palin problem for good.
I am planning to canvas/campaign the following two Sundays. Although Obama people just summoned me to Montgomery County. Not sure what that means. Waiting for a follow-up phone call. But let me know if you're interested in either of the next two Sundays.
I'm very sad I can't be with you all on Thurs-- I'm at family dinner thing which will probably be all about what's theoretically happening simultaneously at the debate.
Oy.
i had an amazing time Sunday and also feel very proud that we're all doing our part! I also like doing it cause it makes me feel saner.
